Purpose of the Role To monitor and record guest and gaming staff activity on the gaming floor, ensuring accurate tracking of player buy-ins/play, adherence to gaming procedures by staff, and timely reporting of any irregularities to support game integrity and loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities

- Observe assigned tables/gaming area continuously to track guest buy-ins, betting patterns, and play duration.
- Accurately record player ratings/data (average bet, time played, wins/losses) for rewards and marketing purposes.
- Monitor dealers and other gaming staff for correct adherence to dealing procedures, payout accuracy, and SOPs.
- Identify and report any deviations, errors, or suspicious behavior by guests or staff to the Pit Boss/Surveillance.
- Maintain discreet and constant observation without disrupting guest experience or game flow.
- Cross-verify tracked data with table fills/credits and reconciliation records as required.
- Coordinate with Surveillance, Pit Boss, and Cage on discrepancies or flagged incidents.
- Maintain accurate logs, incident notes, and shift reports of observations.
- Adhere to responsible gaming, AML, and regulatory compliance protocols while tracking guest activity.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest data and gaming information at all times.
- Uphold grooming, discipline,



and professional conduct standards as per company policy.

Eligibility / Qualifications

- Minimum Graduate; background in gaming operations/hospitality preferred.

- Age as per applicable state gaming regulations (typically 21+ years).
- Good English/Hindi communication skills; additional languages an advantage.
- Strong observational skills, numerical aptitude, and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for data entry into tracking/CRM systems.
- Prior experience in casino gaming operations preferred; freshers with strong aptitude may be considered.

- Rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays), as casino operations are 24x7.
- Standing/moving for extended periods on the gaming floor, maintaining continuous observation.
- Work in a high-security, camera-monitored workplace.
