- Train learners on optical power measurement and photodiodes.
- Introduce fibre optics and optical sensing.
- Explain optical metrology and lithography optics.
- Train learners on vibration, alignment and cleanliness considerations.

Required Skills Experience

- 5 12 years of experience in optics, photonics, optical engineering or optical metrology .
- Solid knowledge of optics, photonics, laser fundamentals and optical measurement.
- Hands-on experience in optical alignment and laboratory practices.
- Strong understanding of precision measurement and laboratory safety.
