About the Role

Oasis Travels is looking for an experienced International Ticketing Executive with strong knowledge of international air ticketing, fare rules, and global destinations. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end ticketing requirements and ensuring smooth travel arrangements for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handle international flight bookings, ticketing, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds.

Strong knowledge of international routes, airlines, fares, and fare rules.

Handle GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.

Prepare and provide suitable flight options based on client requirements and budgets.

Handle date changes, schedule changes, no-shows, and ticket amendments.

Coordinate with airlines and clients for ticketing-related queries and issues.

Ensure accuracy in passenger details, fare calculations,



and ticket documentation.

Stay updated on airline policies, international travel regulations, and industry changes.

Coordinate with the visa and holiday teams wherever required.

Candidate Profile

Prior experience in international ticketing in a travel agency or similar environment.

Good knowledge of international destinations and airline networks.

Hands-on experience with GDS and international fare calculations.

Good communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced travel environment.

Experience: 2-4 years experience
