What Youll Be Doing

- Handle airline reservations and ticketing using Sabre / Amadeus
- Manage PNR creation, modification, reissue, refund, and cancellation
- Work with fares, fare rules, schedules, and ticketing procedures
- Provide professional support to customers and travel partners
- Resolve booking and ticketing issues efficiently
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and customer service

What We’re Looking For

- Hands-on experience with Sabre and/or Amadeus
- Strong knowledge of airline reservations and ticketing
- Experience with reissue, refund, cancellation, and fare rules
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced travel environment
