Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for Title Searchers / Examiners based in Bengaluru. The role involves conducting detailed title searches, reviewing public records and legal documents, and analyzing chain of title to identify any issues affecting property ownership.

Title

Searchers / Examiners will examine deeds, liens, and related documents to confirm accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations. They will prepare clear title reports and summaries for internal teams or clients,



ensuring that all findings are documented and communicated accurately. The role also requires close collaboration with escrow, legal, and operations teams, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of property title concepts, including Title Searches and Chain of Title.
- Experience reviewing and interpreting Deeds and related legal property documents.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and document Liens and other encumbrances on title.
- Familiarity with Escrow processes and coordination with closing or settlement teams.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong analytical skills.
- Comfort working with digital tools, document management systems, and research databases.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate in a structured, process-driven environment.
- Prior experience in title examination, real estate, or related domains is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in law, real estate, finance, or a related field is advantageous.
