About The Role

As an Aesthetic Therapist at LEOR, you are the hands the client actually feels. You will deliver our medi-facials, laser hair reduction and technician-led treatments to the protocols set by our doctors, session after session, with the same care every time.

Job Title: Aesthetic Therapist

Location: Pune (Koregaon Park or Aundh)

Employment Type: Full time

Responsibilities:

1. Treatment Delivery

- Deliver medi-facials, laser hair reduction and other technician-led treatments to the doctor's protocol.
- Prepare the client and the room, explain the procedure and keep the client comfortable and informed throughout.
- Operate machines strictly to the settings prescribed for that client, never to a default.
- Assist the doctor during doctor-led treatments.

2. Client Care and Consistency

- Deliver the same standard on every session, for every client.
- Explain aftercare clearly and reinforce it at each visit.
- Recognise adverse reactions early and escalate to the doctor immediately.
- Handle client information and client bodies with complete discretion.

3. Hygiene, Safety and Equipment

- Follow all hygiene,



sterilisation and clinical safety protocols without exception.
- Keep machines, consumables and the treatment room in ready condition, and report faults the moment they appear.
- Complete accurate treatment records, machine settings and session notes after every client.

4. Learning and Standards

- Complete all training on new devices and protocols and clear internal certification before working on clients.
- Take feedback from the doctors and senior therapists and apply it.
- Uphold LEOR Clinic standards of grooming, punctuality and conduct on the floor.

Qualifications

- Diploma or certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy or cosmetic technology. A nursing or paramedical background is also welcome.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience delivering aesthetic treatments in a clinic or premium salon environment.

Required Skills

- Practical skill with medi-facials and laser hair reduction, or the ability to be trained on them quickly.
- A steady hand and genuine attention to detail.
- Warmth and professionalism with clients, and calm under pressure.
