Role Description The TGT English posted by Edutalks is a full time, on-site position for a school located in Sohna, Haryana. The educator will plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with curriculum requirements, focusing on reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills for middle and secondary school learners. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records.

The role involves creating a supportive classroom environment, using appropriate teaching aids, and collaborating with other teachers and school staff to support holistic student development.



The TGT English faculty member will also participate in trainings, parent interactions, examinations, and school events as required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with students, guardians, and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Translation skills to support multilingual learners and adapt content where necessary.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Training skills to handle parent queries professionally and participate in educator development programs.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in English or Education, along with a recognized teaching qualification (such as B.Ed.).
