Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager with 5+ years of experience in the Agrochemical / Crop Protection industry. The candidate must have a strong distributor and dealer network in the assigned territory. The role will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributors, developing the market, expanding the dealer network and driving business growth. Candidates with strong field sales and channel management experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage sales for the assigned territory and achieve monthly/yearly targets.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers.
3. Expand the distributor and dealer network in the territory.
4. Visit the market regularly to understand customer needs and competitor activity.
5. Generate new business and increase sales from existing customers.
6. Monitor distributor stock, orders, payments and product movement.
7. Ensure proper product availability in the market.

Support distributors and dealers with product information and sales activities.
9. Track competitor products, pricing and market activities.
10. Prepare regular sales and market reports for management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the agrochemical / crop protection industry.
- Robust experience in distributor and dealer management.
- Must have a strong distributor/dealer network in the assigned territory.
- Good knowledge of the agriculture market and local customers.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong skills in market development and channel management.
- Should be comfortable with regular market visits and field sales.
- Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Experience handling primary and secondary sales will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in agrochemical, pesticides, fertilizers or crop protection products are preferred.
