Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding Délmarin’s presence in the territory, and building strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts. Day-to-day activities include scheduling and conducting sales visits, presenting product lines, negotiating terms, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring consistent brand visibility.

Manager will also support customer service efforts, respond to inquiries from partners, and collaborate with marketing to implement local promotions. In addition, this role includes training store staff and sales teams on product benefits and skincare routines, maintaining accurate territory reports, and providing regular feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Experience in skincare, beauty, or FMCG sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage travel within the territory, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency with basic MS Office for reporting and data analysis.
