Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tendering Manager role based in New Delhi.

The Tendering

Manager will lead end-to-end tender management, including identifying opportunities, interpreting bid requirements, coordinating inputs from technical and commercial teams, and preparing comprehensive tender documentation. The role involves managing procurement processes, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining accurate records of bids and contracts.

The Tendering

Manager will collaborate closely with sales and project management teams to align tender submissions with business objectives, pricing strategies, and resource plans. Daily responsibilities include monitoring tender portals, organizing proposal reviews, supporting negotiations, and contributing to continuous improvement of tendering practices.

What we need:

- Strong tender management capabilities,



including experience in Tender Management and Tender Preparation for government and enterprise projects.
- Hands-on experience with the GeM Portal (Government e-Marketplace) and other government e-procurement/tendering platforms, including bid submission, catalogue/vendor registration, and compliance with portal-specific documentation requirements.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and regulations, with skills in Procurement and vendor coordination.
- Background in Sales, with the ability to align tender responses to commercial strategies and client needs.
- Project Management skills to plan timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and track deliverables for multiple concurrent bids.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in creating structured, compliant tender documents.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and work with engineering or product teams to develop accurate solution proposals.
- Robust analytical and numerical skills for pricing, cost estimation, and risk assessment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; experience in technology, AI, or public-sector projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency with common office productivity tools and tender/e-procurement portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement platforms); experience with CRM or proposal management software is beneficial.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
