Role Description This is a contract, on-site Temporary Promotional Staff role based in Hyderabad.

The Temporary Promotional

Staff member will support promotional activities for AR GLOBAL HUB’s education services, including interacting with prospective students and families at events, campuses, and partner locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include distributing promotional materials, answering basic queries about study-abroad options, capturing contact information, and directing interested individuals to counselors or advisors. The role also involves assisting with event setup, maintaining a professional presence at booths or stalls,



and sharing accurate information about admissions, visa support, and coaching offerings. The staff member is expected to work closely with the core team, follow guidelines for communication and branding, and provide feedback on outreach activities.

Qualifications

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with students, parents, and partners.
- Basic promotional and marketing skills, including comfort with event support, material distribution, and brand representation.
- Organizational skills and reliability in managing time, schedules, and assigned outreach tasks.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, including evenings or weekends when required for events.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and willingness to learn about international education processes.
- Prior experience in promotions, counseling support, or education services is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (messaging apps, email, spreadsheets) for reporting and coordination.
