Title: Team Leader – Sales & Telecalling Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Telecallers/Sales Executives. Assign daily calling and follow-up targets to team members. Monitor daily calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Motivate the team to achieve monthly sales targets. Train new team members on calling techniques and product knowledge. Handle customer queries and support the team in closing leads. Maintain daily performance reports and update management.

Coordinate with the Manager regarding team performance and requirements. Ensure proper follow-up with potential customers. Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.

Required Skills: Good communication and leadership skills. Team management and problem-solving ability.



Target-oriented approach. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets. Previous experience in sales or telecalling is preferred.
