We are expanding our operations and looking to appoint a highly motivated, detail-oriented and proactive Tendering Associate / Intern to join our dynamic team and support our participation in Government, PSU, Institutional and Corporate tenders across India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Identification & Opportunity Tracking
2. Pre-Bid Management
3. Document Review & Analysis
4. Bid Preparation & Internal Coordination
5. Compliance & Bid Submission

6. Tender Tracking and others

Qualifications & Experience: I. Tendering Associate (Full-Time):

· Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, Commerce, Management, Finance, Economics or any relevant discipline. Law graduates will be given preference.





· Minimum 1 year of relevant Tendering / Bid Management will be preferred.

· Compensation will be based on experience, knowledge and overall suitability for the position.

II. Tendering Intern (Internship):

· Candidates who are in their final semester of graduation/recently graduated.

· Candidates interested in building a career in Tendering, Government Business, Business Development are encouraged to apply.

· This will be a paid internship, and suitable candidates may be considered for a longer-term opportunity based on performance and organizational requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies (Common to Both Roles):

1. Comfortable working with MS Excel, MS Word, PDF documents and online portals.
2. Good at reading and understanding detailed documents.
3. Robust attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
5. Capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
