Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tender & Contracts Engineer role based in Rajkot. The Tender & Contracts Engineer will be responsible for studying project notices and tender documents, preparing competitive bids, and coordinating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial inputs. Daily tasks include analyzing drawings and specifications, preparing cost estimates and BOQs, drafting contract terms and conditions, and ensuring alignment with government and client requirements.

The role involves maintaining tender documentation, tracking submission timelines, attending pre-bid meetings, and supporting negotiations and clarifications with clients and authorities. The Tender & Contracts Engineer will also assist in contract administration,



including monitoring contractual obligations, variations, and compliance throughout project execution.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in tender preparation and bid documentation with the ability to interpret technical specifications and project requirements.
- Proficiency in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and cost analysis for infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and water supply systems under EPC Mode.
- Ability to review and understand government procurement guidelines, contract conditions, and relevant standards and regulations.
- Competence in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) prepare professional documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with engineering, finance, and site teams and to interact with clients and authorities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management capabilities, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tenders and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field; prior experience in tendering or contracts in construction or infrastructure is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with road, bridge, and water supply project workflows and site practices, and readiness to work on-site
