- Perform exploratory data analysis and develop statistical models to answer complex business questions.

- Design, train, validate, and deploy machine learning models, including predictive, classification, recommendation, clustering, and anomaly-detection models.

- Develop Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions where applicable.

- Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, robustness, and reliability.

- Collaborate with Product Managers to identify AI opportunities and shape data-driven features.

- Work alongside software engineers to integrate ML models into production applications.

- Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, from concept and prototyping through deployment.

- Monitor deployed models for performance and drift, and retrain them as recent data becomes available.

- Maintain version control of datasets and models,

and support reliable, repeatable deployment (MLOps).

- Communicate findings, assumptions, and recommendations through clear visualizations and executive-level presentations.

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years in Data Science or Machine Learning, including building production ML systems.

- Strong programming in Python and SQL; familiarity with .NET and JavaScript.

- Machine learning expertise across regression, classification, clustering, recommendation systems, time series forecasting, NLP, and deep learning.

- Experience with ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.

- Cloud experience, particularly AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, Redshift, Athena).

- Data technology experience including SQL, Redshift, and Databricks.

- Strong communication skills, including executive-level presentations and data visualization.

- Bachelor's in a quantitative field (Master's preferred); Generative AI/LLM and healthcare, procurement, or supply chain software experience are a plus.
