- Conduct timely reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, Exhibits accountability in achieving high personal performance standards; sets daily priorities for self ,
- Appropriately balances quality of work with ability to meet deadlines, Develops and maintains relationships with team members and peers to increase productivity
- Planning, coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout
- Maintain effective communication with project team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns and foster robust working relationships
