Key Area Of Work

- System Administration & Management: Manage and support ERP systems (In4velosuite ERP) across departments.
- Master Data Management: Maintain and update master data including project details, customer records, vendor data, and inventory.
- Workflow Optimization: Handle workflows such as booking, receivables, sales agreements, and possession processes.
- Generate and analyze MIS reports for sales, finance, and senior management decision-making.
- Lead ERP module implementation, drive process automation, and enhance system efficiency.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and improvements.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing system support to ensure smooth operations.
