Key Area Of Work

- Execute and supervise finishing activities: flooring, painting, carpentry, false ceiling, modular furniture, electrical and plumbing finishes, etc.
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, design specifications & quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors & vendors for smooth workflow.
- Monitor site progress and update daily/weekly reports to project manager.
- Conduct inspections, snagging & de-snagging until project handover.
- Manage materials planning, inventory & ensure minimal wastage.
- Validate quality of materials delivered at site.
- Track timelines and ensure project milestones are achieved without delay
- Assist in BOQ verification, cost control & bill checking of contractors.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with site protocols.
- Strong understanding of interior works, building materials, drawings and specifications
- In office execution & supervision expertise
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office & Project Management basics
- Strong communication and vendor management skills
- Problem-solving & ownership attitude
