Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in global OEM and Tier-1 customer ecosystems.
- Strong track record in strategic customer acquisition and RFQ conversion.
- Experience managing long-cycle business programs and driving value-chain growth initiatives.
- Exposure to export and international business development for high-value engineered products.
- Sound understanding of precision machining, critical tolerance manufacturing, and techno-commercial sales.
- Ability to engage with senior leadership, sourcing, engineering, and procurement teams of global customers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship management skills.
