Roles & Responsibilities
Act as

Team Lead / Junior Architect , guiding a team of developers through design decisions, code reviews, and best practices
Own

end-to-end delivery

of data engineering and analytics solutions for clients, from design through implementation and deployment
Translate business requirements into

scalable, well-architected technical solutions
Support

pre-sales activities

including solution design inputs, effort estimation, and proposal creation
Conduct

customer demos, walkthroughs, and technical presentations , acting as a technical point of contact during client discussions
Ensure adherence to

data governance, security, and quality standards

across projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, including

data analysts, data scientists, and business teams
Stay current with emerging tools and patterns in the data platform space and evaluate their applicability to client problems
Skills Required




Technical Skills – Must Have
Microsoft Fabric

(Data Engineering), or

Power BI

– semantic modelling, DAX, report/dashboard development
Microsoft Purview

– data cataloguing, governance, and lineage tracking
SQL and data modelling

– dimensional modelling, star/snowflake schema design
ETL/ELT design and development

using tools such as

Azure Data Factory
Solution and architecture design skills, with the ability to build reusable accelerators, PoVs, and reference solutions
At least 1 domain of prior project/client experience:

BFSI, Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS), Retail, Manufacturing, or IT
Technical Skills – Nice to Have
Azure Databricks

– Spark-based data engineering and processing
Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2)
