Hiring: Senior Oracle DBA (Banking Domain) | Mumbai | 6–10 Years Experience
We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team in Mumbai . The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Oracle Database administration, performance tuning, high availability solutions, and hands-on experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain .
Experience
- 6–10 years of relevant Oracle DBA experience
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience is mandatory
- Relevant Oracle Database experience: 6–8+ years

Location : Mumbai (Work from Office)

Shift :
- Must be willing to work in a 24x7 support environment

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle Database environments.
- Perform database performance tuning at the query, database, and memory levels.
- Manage Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, GoldenGate, Exadata, Backup & Recovery, and High Availability solutions.
- Implement and support Oracle Database High Availability and Disaster Recovery architectures.
- Monitor database health, troubleshoot issues,



and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Support mission-critical production databases with high availability and minimal downtime.
- Manage escalated technical issues and drive timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Development and Infrastructure teams to resolve complex database issues.
- Identify opportunities for automation and proactive database improvements.
- Maintain database security and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Oracle Database 11g, 12c, and newer versions.
- Expert knowledge of:
- Oracle RAC
- Oracle ASM
- Oracle Data Guard / Active Data Guard
- Oracle GoldenGate
- Oracle Exadata
- RMAN (Backup & Recovery)
- AWR/ASH Performance Diagnostics
- Oracle Partitioning
- Advanced Compression
- Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM 11g/12c/13c)
- Strong SQL and database performance tuning expertise.
