About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Support & IT Training Specialist to support learners and internal teams across Data Analytics, Data Science, Java, Python, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Business Analysis, and Financial Analysis.
The successful candidate will provide technical assistance, conduct live online training and mentoring sessions, troubleshoot software and programming issues, and help learners complete assignments and practical projects.




This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with robust technical fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and an interest in training and mentoring. Applicants are not expected to be experts in every listed technology, but they should have strong knowledge in core data and programming tools and be willing to learn additional domains.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Provide first-level technical support to learners and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot issues involving Excel models, SQL queries, Python scripts, Java programs, development environments, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Assist learners with software installation, configuration, assignments, and technical projects.
- Identify recurring technical issues and create FAQs, guides, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Escalate advanced issues to the appropriate subject-matter expert when required.
