Required Skills and Qualifications
n• Solid hands-on knowledge of IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), preferably including legacy versions.
n• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, such as Python or Java.
n• Ability to analyze existing configurations, troubleshoot technical issues, and support solution development and integration activities.
n• Strong technical documentation skills, including the ability to prepare:
nTraining materials
nKnowledge-transfer documents
nConfiguration guides
nStandard operating procedures
nTechnical runbooks
n• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct technical training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
nPreferred Skills

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including application onboarding, authentication, SSO, and identity integration concepts.n
- Familiarity with IAM technologies, access management processes, and application migration activities.n
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.n
