Job Description
We are looking for an RTR Accounting – Junior professional with 2–3 years of experience in Record-to-Report, General Ledger Accounting, Account Reconciliations, and Month-End Closing. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, good knowledge of GAAP, and hands-on experience with core RTR activities.

nKey Responsibilities :
n
- n
- Perform Record-to-Report (RTR) and General Ledger accounting activities.n
- Handle bank reconciliation, cash accounting, and account reconciliations.n
- Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations.n
- Support fixed asset accounting and lease accounting.n
- Perform accruals, expense accounting, AP aging, and AR aging activities.n
- Support revenue accounting, deferred revenue, and straight-line accounting.n
- Handle payroll, withholding, bonus, and advantages accounting.n




- Prepare and support VAT/statutory reporting and ensure compliance with applicable GAAP/local accounting standards.n
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.n
- Support project accounting and financial reporting activities.n

nRequired Skills :

- n
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in RTR / General Ledger / Financial Accounting.n
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and fundamentals.n
- Hands-on experience in account reconciliations and month-end close.n
- Good knowledge of GAAP / accounting standards.n
- Experience in bank, intercompany, fixed asset, accrual, and expense accounting.n
- Good understanding of AP/AR aging and journal entries.n
- Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of ERP/accounting systems.n
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.n
