Job Description :

- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts via phone, email, and mail in a professional manner. • Negotiate payment plans and settlements that are mutually beneficial for the customer and the company. • Accurately document all collection activities, communications, and payment arrangements in the system. • Adhere strictly to all company policies, legal regulations, and ethical guidelines governing debt collection. • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns empathetically.

Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. • Basic computer proficiency and experience with office software (e.g.,



MS Office). • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Qualifications

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. • Empathy and patience when dealing with difficult situations. • Robust organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts. • Fluency in English and local languages (Marathi, Hindi) is highly desirable. • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
