Job Description:

Experience Requirements · 12 to 15 years of overall technology experience. · Minimum 4 years in hands-on development, integration, data engineering or enterprise MarTech platform implementation before moving into consulting or product-facing roles. · Minimum 3 years working directly with business or marketing stakeholders on discovery, requirement decomposition and solution definition. · Experience on at least two end-to-end MarTech implementations or major transformation programmes involving multiple integrated platforms. · Demonstrable experience producing customer journey flows, technical requirements, data mappings, integration requirements, epics and user stories. · Experience evaluating native platform capability versus configuration, extension or custom development. · Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline. · Minimum 4 years of experience working on multi-platform MarTech solutions in implementation, technical consulting, product ownership or solution definition.



· Deep implementation or solution-definition exposure in at least two MarTech capability areas, with working knowledge across at least four capability groups. · Experience defining at least one cross-platform use case spanning three or more systems, for example CMS + analytics + personalisation, or CDP + journey orchestration + CRM, including data and integration dependencies.
