Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Experienced)Location: Mohali (On-Site)

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Telesales/Telecalling)

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-driven Tele Sales Executive who can handle end-to-end sales activities including lead refinement, cold calling, and client handling. The candidate should also be comfortable supporting basic e-commerce operations alongside sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Refinement: Filter and qualify raw leads to identify potential customers
- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to generate recent business opportunities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into sales
- Client Handling: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure
- Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations in CRM
- Handle objections confidently and resolve customer concerns




- Provide basic E-commerce support (order coordination, customer queries, follow-ups, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

Requirements & Skills

- Proven experience in telesales/telecalling (1–3 years preferred)
- Strong skills in lead qualification and cold calling
- Excellent communication and convincing ability
- Good client handling and relationship management skills
- Ability to multitask between sales and e-commerce support
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Fluent in Hindi and basic English (Punjabi is an advantage)
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate preferred
- Relevant telesales experience is mandatory
