Role Description The Telesales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, presenting company services, and converting leads into sales.
The Telesales
Executive will handle inbound inquiries, respond to customer questions, and provide accurate information about IT and digital marketing solutions. Daily tasks include maintaining call records in CRM systems, following up on leads, meeting sales targets,
and coordinating with internal teams to support client onboarding. The role requires consistent professionalism, explicit communication, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English/Hindi and active listening.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and close deals.
- Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing concepts is preferred.
- Ability to work with CRM or telecalling tools and maintain accurate records.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple calls and follow-ups.
- Previous telesales or inside sales experience is an advantage; relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
