Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Jaipur.

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Telesales Executive / Telecaller who can communicate professionally with potential customers and clients.

The selected candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our machines and products, answering their questions, and converting interested leads into potential sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have good spoken English and Hindi communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and the confidence to communicate with clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business clients.
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines or products.
- Clearly explain product specifications, features, benefits,



and available details to clients.
- Communicate confidently with both domestic and international clients when required.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and potential buyers.
- Convince and guide potential clients towards making a purchase.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer inquiries, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding product availability, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with clients.
- Work towards achieving individual and company sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: 0–3 years
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are also welcome to apply.
- Good command of spoken English and Hindi.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English confidently.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to explain machines and products clearly to customers.
- Comfortable speaking with new clients and handling customer conversations professionally.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to follow up and convert leads.
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
