Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketing Agent role based in Pune City.

The Telemarketing

Agent will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote Squaristic Media’s services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales and marketing teams. The role includes following call scripts, accurately capturing prospect information in CRM systems, and providing clear explanations of service offerings.

Agent will be responsible for meeting daily and weekly call targets, maintaining professional communication, and updating supervisors on call outcomes and lead status. Collaboration with sales and marketing colleagues to refine messaging and improve campaign performance is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills, clear telephone etiquette, and the ability to engage prospects confidently.
- Basic sales and lead generation skills, including lead qualification, handling objections, and call follow-up.
- Customer service skills with a focus on active listening, empathy, and building positive rapport.
- Comfort using CRM or calling software, plus basic computer literacy with email and office productivity tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced workplace.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or contact center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English and local languages relevant to Pune City markets is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is beneficial.
