Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and clearly explain our digital and IT services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
- Promote services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Paid Advertising, etc.
- Maintain follow-ups and ensure consistent communication with leads.
- Update call logs, CRM entries, and prepare daily reports for the manager.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing and sales teams for smooth lead conversion.

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or IT services (preferred).
- Ability to conduct qualified calls and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven,



and enthusiastic about achieving results.

Additional Details

- Training: 3 days of mandatory training after selection.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 + attractive incentives (Performance-based)
