Telecaller – Prabhat Professional Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd.
We are hiring Telecallers to handle candidate enquiries and provide information about domestic and overseas job opportunities.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to interested candidates.
Attend incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
Explain job vacancies, salary, eligibility and required documents.
Follow up with candidates regularly.
Maintain candidate records and update call status.
Coordinate with the recruitment team for interviews and documentation.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements
Positive communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati.
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
Confident and polite telephone communication.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in telecalling/recruitment will be preferred.
