Empire Wood Packing Solutions manufactures and supplies wooden pallets, plastic pallets, crates, boxes, and ISPM-15 certified export packaging across India. Since 2018, we've served 250+ clients across logistics, pharma, FMCG, chemicals, steel, and export industries. ISO 9001:2015 certified, MSME registered, known for 48–72 hour pan-India dispatch.

What You'll Do

- Call prospective and existing customers to introduce our products
- Follow up on leads until they convert or close
- Share product and pricing information, handle basic objections
- Update and maintain lead records/CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team, schedule meetings or site visits
- Track call outcomes and report on lead conversion status




- Meet daily and weekly calling targets

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of telecalling / customer calling experience (required)
- Strong communication in Hindi and English; Marathi is a plus
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel, and email
- Confident and persistent — okay following up after an initial no
- B2B or industrial product telesales experience is a bonus
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates welcome

Salary: ₹15,000–20,000/month fixed (negotiable based on experience) + incentive on every successful order closed
