Telecaller –Lead Generation and leads follow up at Educational Institute

Main role: Calling and following up with leads, generating interest, and scheduling counselling/demo sessions.

✓ Key responsibilities:

- Call prospective students and parents from provided leads.
- Explain basic information about courses and programs.
- Understand the candidate's initial requirements and interest.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads.
- Schedule counselling sessions, meetings, or demo classes.
- Maintain accurate call records and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Work towards daily calling, follow-up, and appointment targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling and sales team.

✓Ideal candidate:
- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi.
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and Excel.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, education, or sales is an advantage.
