SILICA is headquartered in Mumbai but has centers in Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Nashik, Aurangabad, Indore, Lucknow, Kanpur.

Position:- Teleguide

Reporting To :- Area Manager

Work Locations :- 76, 5th Floor, Kunal Plaza,Above dwarikadas shamkumar saree showroom, Chinchwad Station, Old, Mum-Pun Highway, Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411019

Years of Experience:- Minimum 1-2 Years.

Qualification:- Graduate

Shift / Work Timings:- Day Shift. 11.30 to 8.00pm. Sunday Working. Any other day, weekly off.

Gender Preference :- Male / Female - Both

Responsibilities :-





● Advise student/ parents for their learning needs through structured Counseling Sessions ● Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow up sessions

● Interacting with Silica centers

● Making Outbound calls to Silica Center.

● Exceeds monthly basis sales.

● Lead conversion

● Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods.

Requisites :-(Core competencies / Skills)

- Excellent English Communication Skills. Ability to communicate with Premium Customers.
- Analytical Skills & Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Team Management skills
- Target Orientedness
- Customer Service Orientedness
- Basic interest in providing guidance & education
