We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Painter Outreach Executive to join our Berger Paints retail business.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to connect with local painters over the phone, develop good relationships with them, understand their requirements, and encourage them to purchase paints, painting materials, and related products from our shop.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking on the phone, have good communication skills, and be able to build long-term relationships with painters and other local customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make daily outbound calls to local painters and painting contractors.
- Introduce our shop, products, offers, and services to painters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with painters.
- Understand painters' upcoming projects and product requirements.
- Convince painters to purchase Berger Paints and related painting products from our shop.
- Follow up regularly with painters who have shown interest or have upcoming requirements.
- Inform painters about new products, discounts, schemes, offers, and promotions.
- Maintain a database of painters, including their contact details, requirements, and purchase history.
- Generate repeat business through regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the shop/sales team regarding painter requirements and orders.
- Meet monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
- Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and conversions.

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound phone calls.




- Ability to speak confidently and politely with customers.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi/local language is preferred.
- Basic computer/mobile skills for maintaining customer records and WhatsApp communication.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
- Previous experience as a telecaller, sales executive, customer relationship executive, or in a paint/hardware/building-material business is an advantage.
- Freshers can also apply if they have good communication and convincing skills.
