We are looking for a confident, proactive, and target-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers, generating enquiries, following up on leads and quotations, supporting sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities Make daily outbound calls to existing customers, leads, retailers, dealers, and prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information. Generate sales enquiries and potential leads through telecalling.

Follow up on quotations, enquiries, orders, and pending requirements. Maintain regular follow-ups to improve order conversion and repeat business. Inform customers about new products, offers, schemes, and promotions.

Coordinate with the Sales Team for enquiries requiring further assistance. Maintain accurate customer and follow-up records in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM. Update the status of every lead and ensure timely follow-up.

Handle customer questions professionally and escalate complaints when required. Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and Operations teams whenever necessary.



Support the sales team in achieving monthly business targets.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. Maintain professional relationships with customers and represent the company positively.

Skills &

Requirements Excellent communication and convincing skills. Fluent in Telugu; basic English communication is preferred. Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Good listening and customer-handling skills. Strong follow-up discipline. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Ability to maintain proper records and reports. Valuable coordination and teamwork skills.

Experience 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Experience in electricals, plumbing, hardware, agriculture, construction materials, or distribution will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
