Role Description This is a full-time, in office Tele Caller role based in Hyderabad.

The Tele

Caller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to inform potential customers about available real estate projects and services, while answering their initial queries. The role involves maintaining call logs, updating lead information in internal systems, and following up with prospects to schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team.

Caller will provide clear and courteous information, build rapport with callers, and coordinate closely with sales and marketing colleagues to support conversions and customer engagement.



The role also includes adhering to call scripts where required, meeting daily and weekly calling targets, and sharing feedback from customers to improve services.

Qualifications

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and local languages, with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with telecalling software, spreadsheets, and lead management or CRM tools.
- Ability to handle high call volumes, manage time effectively, and follow structured processes and scripts when needed.
- Customer service mindset, including patience, active listening, and the ability to address questions and concerns professionally.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales in real estate or related sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Comfort working in an on-site office environment in Hyderabad and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in communication or sales is a plus.
