Chief of Staff to Head of Technology Act as Chief of Staff to the Head of Technology and manage the technology operating rhythm.

- Lead technology governance, leadership reviews, steering committees and executive forums.
- Define, track and improve technology KPIs, OKRs, KRAs and scorecards.
- Consolidate data across Engineering, Platforms, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Data and Service Management teams.
- Manage portfolio governance, dependencies, risks, issues and escalations across technology verticals.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, operations and technology teams.
- Ensure delivery against strategic commitments and leadership action plans.
- Coordinate globally distributed teams and stakeholders across geographies and time zones.
- Support budget governance,



workforce planning, vendor governance and resource tracking.

Experience & Qualifications• 14+ years of experience in Technology PMO, Program Management, Technology Strategy, Transformation or Chief of Staff roles.

- Experience supporting CTO, CIO, Head of Technology or equivalent executive leaders.
- Solid understanding of Software Engineering, Agile Delivery, Cloud, Dev Sec Ops, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, IT Operations and Data platforms.
- PMP, Pg MP, PRINCE2, SAFe, ITIL or equivalent certifications desirable.
- MBA or Masters degree preferred.
