About the Role

Techwing, a corporate division of Godavari Global University, is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Technical Trainer – Generative AI & Agentic AI to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging technical training programs on Generative AI, AI Agents, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and emerging AI technologies.

We are looking for someone who can simplify complex technical concepts, conduct hands-on sessions, mentor learners, and continuously adapt to the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver hands-on training programs in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI technologies.
- Train students and professionals on Generative AI concepts, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and AI workflows.
- Develop practical projects, exercises, demonstrations, and learning materials.
- Explain complex AI concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, boot camps, and technical sessions.
- Guide learners in building AI-powered applications and projects.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, AI tools, frameworks, and platforms.
- Mentor learners and support them in solving technical challenges.
- Evaluate learner performance through assignments, projects, assessments, and practical activities.
- Collaborate with academic and corporate teams to develop industry-relevant training programs.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning fundamentals.
- Valuable knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Understanding of Agentic AI, AI Agents, and multi-agent systems.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI application development.




- Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, frameworks, and platforms.
- Basic to good programming knowledge in Python is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging technical demonstrations and hands-on sessions.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.

Experience or knowledge in areas such as:
- Generative AI applications
- AI Agents / Agentic AI
- LLMs and RAG
- Prompt Engineering
- Python
- LangChain / LangGraph or similar AI frameworks
- Vector Databases
- AI APIs and model integration
- Chatbots and AI assistants
- Automation using AI
- Multi-Agent Systems
- Cloud-based AI platforms

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates from other educational backgrounds with strong practical AI skills and training experience may also be considered.
