We are looking for a Technical Support Associate – Logistics Operations to support day-to-day logistics activities, customer queries, shipment tracking, and basic technical/process-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer and internal queries via calls and emails.

- Assist with shipment tracking, order updates, and documentation.

- Provide technical and operational support to logistics teams.

- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.

- Update logistics systems and maintain accurate records.

- Identify and escalate technical or operational issues when required.

- Ensure timely follow-up and completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.





- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

- Willingness to learn logistics processes and software.

- Ability to work effectively in a team.
