Role Description The Technical Trainer Intern is a Part time/full-time, on-site/virtual role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This role involves delivering technical training sessions and workshops to students, focusing on practical skills and project-based learning. The intern will help design and update training materials, including slides, exercises, and assessments, and will assist in organizing bootcamps, hackathons, and community learning events.

Day-to-day tasks include explaining technical concepts clearly, supporting learners during hands-on activities, gathering feedback,



and collaborating with the AfterClass team to improve training content and delivery. The intern will also contribute to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment and may support online learning resources when needed.

Qualifications

- Strong interest and foundational knowledge in Technical Training and ability to work with Technical Trainers on curriculum and delivery.
- Skills in Training & Development and Training, including preparing materials, facilitating sessions, and supporting learner progress.
- Effective Communication skills for explaining complex concepts in straightforward terms and engaging with diverse student audiences.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Comfort with common technical tools and platforms (e.g., coding environments, collaboration tools, learning management systems).
- Ability to work in office in the Greater Hyderabad Area, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Enthusiasm for student communities, peer learning, and organizing educational events or workshops.
- Previous experience in mentoring, tutoring, or campus training initiatives is an advantage but not mandatory.
