Role Description The Technical Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, NCR. This role involves identifying customer requirements, proposing suitable automation solutions, and preparing technical and commercial quotations.

The Technical Sales

Engineer will conduct product demonstrations, support customers with technical inquiries, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate solution delivery. Daily activities include managing sales pipelines, following up on leads, visiting customer sites, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product features, industry applications, and competitors to support effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Sales and Sales skills for identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and closing business deals.




- Candidates should possess solid Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills for interpreting technical requirements, configuring solutions, and assisting customers post-sale.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for engaging with clients, preparing documentation, and collaborating with internal teams.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field) is preferred.
- Experience in industrial automation, process control, or related domains will be an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings, understand control systems, and learn new products quickly.
- Solid problem-solving abilities, customer-focused mindset, and readiness to travel for client meetings.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) and professional reporting skills.
