The Role

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our clients. You’ll work closely with client requirements, source and screen technical talent, and drive candidates through the hiring process.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple client hiring mandates.
- Understand technical JDs, technology stacks, and candidate requirements.
- Use strong Boolean search and sourcing techniques to identify relevant candidates.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, compensation, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups between candidates and clients.

What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in staffing, agency, RPO, or client-facing hiring.




- Good understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Strong sourcing, Boolean search, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work against hiring targets.
- Robust communication, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

- Experience hiring for AI/ML, GenAI, Data, Cloud, or SaaS roles.
- Experience working directly with clients.
- Familiarity with ATS/recruitment tools and AI-powered sourcing tools
