We are looking for a robust Technical Product Manager with hands-on experience in Voice of Customer (VoC) products, ideally with Qualtrics, to join at very short notice. The candidate should be technically strong and capable of driving product strategy, execution, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Voice of Customer / Customer Experience products.

- Work closely with customers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into product capabilities.

- Manage product backlog, user stories, prioritization, and release planning.

- Partner with engineering and technical teams to drive end-to-end product delivery.

- Analyze customer feedback and insights to identify opportunities for product enhancement.

- Define product KPIs and measure customer/business impact.

- Communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities,



and progress to senior stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong Technical Product Management experience.

- Hands-on experience with Voice of Customer (VoC) / Customer Experience (CX) products.

- Qualtrics experience is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, roadmap management, and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical architecture/integrations.

Preferred Profile

- Immediate joiner or candidate available at very short notice.

- Experience managing enterprise Customer Experience / VoC platforms.
