Manage projects from requirement gathering to final delivery.
Understand technical requirements and translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other teams.
Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and resolve them proactively.
Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to management.
Coordinate with clients/stakeholders and manage expectations.
Ensure projects meet defined quality, scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
Review technical deliverables and ensure adherence to project requirements.
Manage changes in scope and communicate their impact on timelines and resources.
