About The Role

LetzBizz is hiring an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong experience in managing ERP, warehouse automation, supply chain, and enterprise application projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management experience, excellent stakeholder coordination skills, and hands-on exposure to RF-SMART. This role requires someone who can manage delivery timelines, project governance, reporting, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
- Coordinate with business, technical, vendor, and leadership teams.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, dashboards, status reports, RAID logs, and KPI trackers.
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, forecasts, and deliverables.
- Ensure strong PMO governance, documentation, and process adherence.
- Work closely with stakeholders across different time zones.
- Support ERP, supply chain, warehouse, and automation-related project delivery.
- Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks,



and project documentation wherever required.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager / Project Manager.
- Hands-on experience in RF-SMART is mandatory.
- Experience in ERP, warehouse, supply chain, or automation-related projects.
- Positive experience with Smartsheet, including sheets, reports, dashboards, workflows, and tracking.
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong knowledge of PMO governance, RAID logs, KPI tracking, project planning, and status reporting.
- Experience in budget tracking, forecasting, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Comfortable working with EST time zone overlap.
