The RoleWe're hiring a Technical Project Lead to sit between our clients and our engineering team. You'll take a client's requirements, turn them into a technical plan the team can execute, and own delivery end to end, across engagements that range from consumer apps to AI-driven platforms.

This isn't a coordination-only role. You need enough technical depth to hold a real conversation with engineers about trade-offs, and enough client presence to be trusted with requirement gathering directly, without a layer of translation in between.

What You'll Do

- Run client requirement-gathering sessions and turn them into explicit technical specifications and scope
- Own delivery end to end: timelines, quality, and honest communication of risk and trade-offs
- Act as the client's main point of contact during active engagements
- Coordinate daily with developers, Quality Assurance (QA), and other specialists on the project to keep delivery on track
- Run sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Flag scope creep and technical risk early, to the client and to D2RTech leadership




- Review technical decisions and architecture closely enough to catch problems before the client does

What We're Looking For
- 5-6 years in software delivery, technical project management, or a similar client-facing technical role
- Working knowledge across web and/or mobile development. Breadth matters more here than depth in one framework
- A track record of owning client relationships directly, not just reporting status upward to someone else who owns them
- Strong written and verbal communication. Comfortable presenting to non-technical stakeholders, and comfortable pushing back on an unrealistic ask
- Experience running agile/scrum delivery
- Able to manage more than one client engagement at a time
- Exposure to AI-driven products or AI agent development
- Experience in a boutique consulting or services firm, rather than a large enterprise IT department

Compensation & Logistics
- Cost to Company (CTC): up to ₹10,00,000 (₹10 Lakh) per annum, based on experience
- Employment type: Full-time, on D2RTech payroll (not contract or vendor)
- Location: Gurgaon-Hybrid
