Role Description The Technical Product Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of technical products and platforms. This role involves gathering and prioritizing requirements, translating business needs into clear product roadmaps, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The Technical Product

Manager will define product vision and metrics, manage backlogs, refine user stories,



and coordinate release planning using Agile and related methodologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market and customer data, validating product hypotheses, aligning stakeholders on priorities, and ensuring that technical constraints, security, performance, and scalability are considered in all product decisions. The role also includes tracking product performance post-launch, identifying opportunities for optimization, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and product delivery practices.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in Technical Product Management and Product Management, with a proven ability to own product roadmaps and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Excellent Analytical Skills, including data-driven decision making, problem solving, and the ability to interpret complex technical and business information.
- Demonstrated capability in Product Strategy, including market analysis, product positioning, and defining measurable outcomes and success metrics.
- Solid Program Management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure alignment across stakeholders and initiatives.
- Good understanding of software development concepts, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern architectures; prior experience working with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps teams.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences and influence decision-making.
