Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Recruiter role based in Mylapore.

The Technical

Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, from intake meetings and job posting to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Daily responsibilities include building talent pipelines for technical roles, coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, conducting structured interviews,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role involves maintaining recruitment metrics, using applicant tracking systems, and staying current with market trends and best practices in technical hiring.

The Technical

Recruiter will also collaborate with HR and leadership teams on workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills for managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Recruiting and Hiring expertise to effectively assess technical roles and make informed hiring recommendations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to use applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities).
- Experience recruiting for software engineering, AI, cloud, and automation roles in a technology-focused environment.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring.
